How long does a Wellness Program last?

It is up you and your team. Each wellness program will be custom designed to achieve the goals needed.

What if I don’t need to lose weight, can I still participate?

Yes! Everyone needs to keep their heart healthy and move daily. We highly recommend fitness programs for all walks of life.

How long does each training session last?

For personal training, you can choose 30 minute sessions or 55 minute sessions. Personal training packages available.
